About Me

My younger years were spent in London restaurants in the early 2000’s serving my apprenticeship with one of the finest chefs of his generation at Royal Hospital Road. With experience at the IVY, J.Sheekey’s, MURANO, Pollen Street & exclusive private member’s clubs. After getting involved with the fine dining scene in Mallorca, Spain, there were a few years doing seasonal contracts between the Mediterranean and the French Alps.

This is where my true love for all things food and travel began…

Over 10 years as a Private Chef to numerous UHNW individuals, I have garnished an impressive client list - from A list celebrities to the richest 1%. I would travel from Moscow to Miami to Paris to London, all at the request of my private clients to cook for their friends & family in their country estates, multi million pound yachts, city penthouses or Monaco villas. After nearly 20 years as a chef I have gained experience in some of the best kitchens and team’s around, working with small intimate dinners, corporate dining, high volume catering and Michelin kitchens. A high degree of culinary and business intelligence with excellent creativity and artistic flair with a real passion for food styling, cutting edge cuisines and classics alike.

In my later years I have developed a love for design & sustainability with extensive knowledge of product launch, brand design, Kitchen & restaurant design as well as possessing experienced technical & mechanical abilities. Proven knowledge of Next Gen food production solutions tethered with a thorough understanding of natural & sustainable principals.
